FIB Industries manufactures process equipment in special alloy materials.
Established in 1946 in the town of Leeuwarden, in the north of The Netherlands, FIB Industries has grown into a major player in the field of special alloy manufacturing, serving customers worldwide. Markets served are petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, offshore, pharmaceutical, food, paper & pulp, gas turbine machinery and other industrial applications.
Products manufactured are exhaust or flue gas scrubbers, flare installations, gasification burners, autoclaves, reactors & reactor internals, crystallizers, fermenters, columns & column internals, pressure & storage vessels, PTV vessels, mixing vessels, heat exchangers, condensers and customer specific products.
Materials include various types of stainless steel, such as: 6MO, 254SMO, 1.43xx, 1.44xx, 1.45xx and 1.49xx. But also Duplex, Super Duplex, Lean Duplex LDX, and SAF2507. Nickel and Titanium alloys.
Manufacturing is in accordance with international design codes such as EN13445 PED, EN 14015, GB-150, API 560 620 650, ASME VIII Div 1 2 3, Norsok and others.
Quality standards in accordance with ISO9001:2008, Achilles JQS, PED D H H1, ASME U R, SQL HP-0 and WHG.
FIB Industries’ manufacturing facility includes an ultra-modern plasma cutter and welding robot and is located alongside the Van Harinxma canal with its own quay for inland shipping providing access to all major seaports. Facility includes 55,000 m², 300 ton lifting capacity and equipment can be handled up to 45m long, 20m high and 9m diameter.
